Borough Athletics Competitions

On Wednesday 12th June,  students from years 7 and 8 and on the 19th June students from years 9 and 10 went to Ashton playing fields stadium to compete in the borough athletics competitions.  The students participated in 100m, 200m, 300m, 800m, 4x100 relay, shot put, javelin, discus, long jump, high jump and triple jump. 

The students showcased fantastic effort and behaviour throughout. 

Congratulations to the following students  Daniel 3rd in high jump, Muhammad 4th in shot putt, Prajen 4th in discus, Sharleez 4th in long jump, Subhan 2nd in the 200m, Yusuf 4th in shot putt, Umar 5th in javelin and Lulu who finished 1st in long jump.

The PE department would like to say a big well done to all students that competed.
