FUTURE FOCUS FUN pdf

Sessions for this are being run at both Hainault Youth Centre and Redbridge Town Hall so that the young people can chose where they want to attend.

 

Are you aged 16 to 17, just finished exams, finished school or are not in college, work, or training?

 If so, we can help you gain skills you need to move on to your next destination.

 

The future focus & fun programme will offer support & help with your future plans & life skills, our dedicated team of staff who will be there to help maximize your potential and prepare you for the future.

 

The programme is over 3 weeks which runs 4 days a week and will be delivered at Hainault Youth Centre and Ilford Town Centre.

 

During the programme you will get:

 

•             A chance to gain 1 day emergency first aid certificate that you can put on your CV. – limited spaces

•             1-2-1 Meeting with connexions careers service to help with careers guidance and support with CV writing & interview skills

•             Meetings & group activities with youth workers

•             Workshops on team work, leadership, money management

•             Sessions that will help improve your self-esteem, motivation and confidence to make decisions.

•             Free lunch will be provided as part of the cooking session, Food & hygiene level 2 certificate

•             Take part in fun activities and free day trip limited spaces.
