Year 2 Trip to the Young V&A Museum

This term, we had a fantastic time exploring the Young V&A Museum in Bethnal Green. First, we looked at toys from different periods of time, comparing them to toys we play with today, and seeing how lots of popular games have evolved. The museum was very interactive, and we got the chance to play in an arcade, perform on stage and see what we looked like in the Illusion Room! After lunch, we spent some time in the Design Gallery, where we saw a weaver creating an intricate rug on a loom. We asked her lots of questions and learnt lots of interesting new facts about the design process.
