Year 8 Art/Textiles Rewards Workshop

A selection of Year 8 students was invited to take part in an Eco-Fashion Workshop as a reward for outstanding effort and behaviour during Art lessons this year.
Students learnt about sustainable fashion and how this movement is fostering a change to the fashion system towards ecological integrity.
Students worked in groups using recycled and unconventional materials to create incredible fashion garments. They used a range of techniques and process such as Origami which they have been learning during their current Paper Sculpture project this year.
