Essex Schools Athletics Championship

Following on from the year 7 and 8 district athletics, Hasan Shakeel has been selected to represent Redbridge in the year 7 Essex Schools Athletics Championship for long jump.

The event is taking place on Wednesday 28th June at Melbourne Park, Chelmsford. This is a fantastic achievement and shows that Hasan is one of the top athletes for long jump in the borough. Hasan has also been selected to represent Redbridge for year 7 and 8 London Youth Games on Saturday 1st July hosted at the London Marathon Community Track, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The Loxford PE department would like to congratulate Hasan for his achievements so far and we wish him the best of luck at these events.
