Future’s Evening at Loxford School

Students in years 11, 12 and 13 attended ‘Career’s Fayre’ at Loxford School on Thursday, 16^th March 2023. Students had the opportunity to meet with over 20 exhibitors from various professional backgrounds. This included medical professionals, engineers, accountants, civil servants and bank managers amongst many others.

Many Loxford Alumni who are successful practitioners at different sectors attended the event to inspire current students at Loxford, which made the event more interesting. Pupils had the opportunity to gain insight into many careers and find out more about different career paths. In one of the student’s words, “I found the event useful as I could talk to someone who has been through the process of applications, many resources were provided and I managed to look at different career pathways. “
