Geography Educational Field Trip

Throughout the week, Year 11 Geographers were brought to Stratford and Hackney Wick to see how these areas have changed and developed since the London Olympics were announced that they would take place in London in 2012.

The students had a fantastic time from looking at the graffiti walls in Hackney Wick to seeing the impressive Olympic Stadium in Stratford. One student said “This trip has helped me develop a picture of what has changed over the years.” Another student said “This has helped me so much in understanding the different scenarios for Paper 3 in my GCSE’s.”

Well done year 11, you were a credit to Loxford!
