Financial Studies tour of the financial district

Financial Studies Year 13 students visited key sites of the financial district in November, including the Bank of England, where the lecturer commented that they were the only group hosted who knew the most about current economic affairs, including inflation.
Students were active participants in the Q&A sessions. Pupils also learned about the different career pathways linked to financial studies. Pupils were enlightened to know about the history of key locations in the financial district during the walking tour, which included a visit to The Royal Exchange and Sky Gardens. Business staff were proud of our mature students who continue to be good representatives of the school.
